Mr. Vincent KC Loh holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (specialized in Project Management) and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Second Uppers Honors) from National University of Singapore.
He has over 20 years of working experience in Quality and Process Improvement, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Customer Support, Technical Marketing and Project Management.
As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt instructor, he has conducted Lean Six Sigma DMAIC, Lean manufacturing trainings, Lean Simulation Game training, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, 7 QC Tools, Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Process Control, 8D Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, Toyota A3 thinking and report, 5S.
He has also been leading and coaching multiple Six Sigma and Lean projects with different companies and was also lead facilitator in multiple Root Cause Analysis Improvement teams.
During his over 20 years of working experience, he has been involved in continuous Quality Improvement for an Oil and Gas equipment design and manufacturing company.
As senior manager, he has also been responsible in setting up and deploying Toyota Production System (TPS) and Six Sigma program in a newly start up site. He was responsible to support the brand new green field site to deploy TPS LEAN system, build Lean culture while building up long term capability in using DMAIC tools in Six Sigma to improve the operations.
He has also involved actively in setting up a Six Sigma program office in a major site with more than 2500 employees. He also worked actively with management to set up six sigma governance process to identify and scope Six Sigma projects to drive achieving company KPI and savings.
His vast experience in the setting up and deployment of Lean Six Sigma, Quality Improvement enables KC to coach teams of different levels to conceptualize, plan and execute improvement programs with end in mind adding values to the organizations.
