Lean Leadership

Lean Leadership is all about commitment: Commitment to your employees, commitment to the system, and commitment to making changes towards improvement. A Lean environment requires Leaders to excel at verbal and listening skills to understand their people's problems. A Lean Leader listens and observers. They don't just sit at their desk all day. A Lean Leader focuses on developing listening and observational skills, which they use to identify problems and areas of improvement. They are apparent, constantly communicating with their team, and curious to learn from others.
