Our Net Promoter Score (NPS)

The Net Promoter Score is the world's leading metric for measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. It goes beyond measuring how satisfied a customer is with a company; the Net Promoter Score system is designed to gauge their willingness to recommend it to others.

What is a good NPS score?
Given the NPS range of -100 to +100, a “positive” score or NPS above 0 is considered “good”, +50 is “Excellent,” and above 70 is considered “world class.” Based on global NPS standards, any score above 0 would be considered “good.” This simply means that the majority of your customer base is more loyal.

We are proud that our customers value our service excellence and we continuously strive to deliver the highest quality of courses and consulting services.

Mr. Nigel Chan, Director

Jemaramas Jaya Sdn Bhd

It has been a pleasant journey for Jemaramas to work alongside with Lean Management
Academy in educating, guiding and executing the above program with our employees.
Special thanks to En Muhar for your dedicated support and guidance throughout project.

I realised that Lean is 50 % about tools & 50 % about mindset. It takes tools and systems to
create results and business impact. Both are required to reach operation excellence. It takes
a Culture of Excellence (mind-set & behaviours) to achieve and sustain results.

Throughout the program, we do encounter obstacle but we brainstorm and do it as a team
to overcome the problems. I hope the company will continue to practice “Kaizen” to sustain
Lean and embrace the ideas and develop a participative, team-based approach.

As we look at the road ahead, let us remember the famous proverb: "If you want to go
quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."

We look forward to more opportunities to work with Lean Management Academy again in
future.

Mr Adam Law, Executive Director

Soon Her Sing Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd

First and foremost, we, thank you Lean Management Academy in coaching us for the LEAN manufacturing implementation throughout the four months period, commencing December 2018. We appreciate the efforts and approach of the experienced consultant, Encik Muhar, for his wonderful way of guiding us to implement LEAN management in our company. Whenever issues aroused, Encik Muhar unperturbed way of handle those problems gave us a boost and confidence to manage it better the very next time.

We have gained so many benefits from the LEAN manufacturing implementation. One of the biggest benefits we gained is on the transparency of data sharing among all the employees, even our foreign workers. Subsequently, this has enhanced the work effectiveness and efficiency.

LEAN manufacturing is a series of methods designed to minimize the waste of material and labor while maintaining or increasing levels of production. It is about eliminating that which does not add value and delivering the best possible product to the customer as quickly and with a few barriers as possible.

I would like to recommend any company in Malaysia to go for LEAN management. It is rather important to engage an experienced consultant like Encik Muhar for its implementation. His persistent, flexibility, patience, knowledge, approach and touch to all the participants during the training has given a very good positive impact on the entire team for a full commitment to go for LEAN!

It was, indeed, a great pleasure to collaborate with Encik Muhar and his team which had responded timely and professionally to all our questions. His assistant, Chin Leng has also a dynamic young man who always there to assist when questions aroused. Last but not least, we look forward to working with Encik Muhar and his team again soon in the near future.

Our very special THANK YOU once again to Lean Management Academy!

Madam SL Lim, General Manager

V Max Furniture Sdn. Bhd., Muar, Johor

I would like to thank to En Muhar for letting us solve the problems that the company has faced for so many years. Last time, our boss went for so many training workshops and courses in order to solve production problems. We had spent so much time and money to improve our company operation. Although our company documentation system had changed so frequently, the results was still unstatisfied and ineffective. The management had meeting regularly, from once a week until change to daily meeting. However, we still always failed to ship our products to customers on time.

The things has changed after the two days Lean Management program by Mr Muhar, we sucessfully reduce our quality issues and also reduce our shipment delays problem. Today, all of us know the importance of 5S (cleaniness and neatness of a factory), we can search and get our tools and materials within a short time, which able to help us reduce non value activities in our factory. Mr. Muhar is a very experience facilitator. He can knows immediately what is the right ‘medicine’ to cure our ‘painpoint’. I sincerely feel that Lean is a very powerful and great system, especially for manufacturers like us.

Tan Kee Choong, Group Managing Director

Berjayapak Sdn Bhd

Our Lean Journey has been action-packed and remarkable. The highest authority in the company has been given a mandate that he/she is responsible to render commitment and support and create positive environment for its workers to implement Lean Management.

In the initial stage of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) session we learned technique to document, analyse and improve flow of information, process and materials. In doing so it helps us to understand our current stage; and from there the Lean methodology provides us a vision to plan and connect all improvement activities and eliminate waste. We gain an insight view to identify waste, reduce process cycle time and implement process improvement.

After 5 months of journey, we came to understand why Muhar & Associates has been selected by MTIB as one of its selected consulting firm to assist MTIB towards Lean Journeys for Malaysia SMEs Timber Entrepreneurs. Muhar & Associates effectively coached every participant to deliver results. The master taught my people how to fish, that’s very important. The commitment given to develop my people was strong.

Though it was action packed but none of us was left behind and feeling exhausted. We gained from the guru not only a valuable skill but a renewed strong mind-set to push for greater results.

We are very convinced that Terreal Lean Transformation is soon to be a reality! ”I really enjoyed the training. I think the way in which Muhar present is engaging.
